Farm to Table Dinner

Inspired by my project with Hackmatack Bison Farm, we planned a farm-to-table dinner using their bison burgers and vegetables from a local farm via their CSA share. The farm is simple and rustic, and we wanted the meal and the images to reflect that.

Hackmatack’s bison are 100% grass-fed (pasture in the summer and local hay in the winter) with no hormones or antibiotics. Bison meat is similar to beef, but has about 40% less fat and also much richer in iron. It’s delicious!
