NHBSR Sustainability Slam Winner!

I won! My pro bono photography project with Boston Farms Community Land Trust and Sabrina’s Garden was the winner at the 2022 New Hampshire Businesses for Social Responsibility (NHBSR) Sustainability Slam for the Community / Small Company category.

The Sustainability Slam is an annual event of fast-paced competition where businesses share stories of a project or improvement they’ve made in the category of Environment, Workplace or Community. Finalists have 90 seconds to share a skit or video about their project, and the audience votes live to select the winner.

When I learned I was a finalist, I decided to use the opportunity to start learning video and to continue my project with Boston Farms. In addition to the footage I needed for my submission, I started recording footage to put together some promotional videos for them. Stay tuned!

Here’s the video I shared about the project, and you can see a few of the images below. Please note: this is the first video I’ve recorded and edited. While I’m pretty pleased with it as a first step, it’s not intended to be commercial video quality.
